Danielle Fuschetti is an experienced employment lawyer practicing in California and Vermont. Danielle represents workers in cases ranging from severance negotiations to high-stakes class actions, under wage-and-hour law and laws prohibiting discrimination, retaliation, and harassment.​

 

Danielle possesses over a decade of experience in employment law, spanning both sides of the aisle. Danielle began her legal career advising and defending corporations on employment matters at a Tier-One employer defense firm. She subsequently joined an elite nationwide civil rights firm, where she was ultimately promoted to partner and Co-chair of the firm's employment Discrimination and Harassment Practice Group. Danielle has also worked at a highly-regarded California wage-and-hour class action firm where she represented employees in dozens of wage and hour class actions, collective actions, and PAGA actions.​

 

Danielle has successfully tried cases to verdict, has helped employees to recover tens of millions of dollars through verdicts, settlements, and severance agreements, and has supported employees in making concrete changes to their workplaces to protect the rights of workers for years to come through class actions.

 

In 2023, Danielle relocated from California to the East Coast to be closer to family, ultimately settling in Vermont. She continues practicing California law on behalf of California employees remotely, enabled by advances in courtroom technology and an increasingly virtual legal environment, and maintains close ties to the Bay Area. In 2025, Danielle was admitted to the bar in Vermont and launched her own practice representing employees in both states.

Danielle holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from the University of Michigan School of Law. During college and law school, Danielle clerked for multiple legal aid organizations providing services to indigent clients and at the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Appeals Division, in Washington, D.C.
